By accessing or using NetNinety ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
NetNinety provides an AI-powered wholesale sales rep platform for brands selling on Faire Marketplace. The Service includes AI-driven retailer prospecting, automated outreach campaigns via your Faire Direct rep link, attribution tracking, and subscription billing.
You may authenticate via Google OAuth or email and password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing is processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws; (b) generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content; (c) reverse engineer the platform; (d) resell access without authorization; (e) interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service; (f) use the Service to send outreach that violates Faire's Terms of Service or applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR); (g) misrepresent your brand, products, or relationship to Faire when conducting outreach.
NetNinety and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetNinety shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
